Honorable Mayor and City Council
City of National City
Gentlemen:
MILDRED DUDACEK
DEPUTY
The attached letter from 13aranovts,
Jewelers, shows an error of $3.76 overpayment in their
3rd Quarterly settlement of City Sales Tax, which they
have corrected in theft Tax Return for the Fourth
Quarter by deducting that amount from the net payment.
As this constitutes, in effect, a
refund it is asked that the Council authorize the
Treasurer to accept settlement as offered in lien of
issuing a warrant covering refund of overpayment.

Respectfully,
