RESOLUTION No.

Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of National City as follows:
That a special zone variance permit be granted to Elizabeth S. Bray
for the purpose of building 2 'houses and garage in R-2 zone with roar
yard of 11 feet instead of 25 feet.
Said property is described as follows: Lots 9-10, Block 111, City Plat.
That said permit is granted upon the conditions and recommendations of the City Planning Com-
mission as hereinafter set forth:
That said permit is non -assignable and non-transferrable.
Construction is to be commenced within ninety days from date hereof.
This permit shall expire day of 19 Any violation of any of
the above conditions will void this permit and the same shall lapse and be of no effect.

Report on the Planning Commission's regular meeting
of November 12, 1947
The Planning Commission recommends the following
three petitions for special permit be granted:
Petition #293 of Elizabeth S. Bray for a special
permit to build 2 houses and garage, in R-2 Zone with
rear yard of 11 feet instead of 25 feet. Northeast
corner 18th and Harding.
Petition #294 of Lawrence B. Leech for a special
permit to build a residence in the back of business at
1031 Roosevelt Avenue making a change in rear yard depth
to 6 feet instead of 15 feet; side yard to be 5 feet
width and distance between residence and business building
to be 18 feet.
Petition #295 of Harold E. Trebil for a special
permit to build an apartment over the existing garage
using 11 foot rear yard clearance instead of the 15 foot
clearance as required; at 632 "A" Avenue, National City.
The Tentative Map of Santos Subdivision was accepted
by the Planning Commission.
The proposed subdivision map Rancho Hills Unit No. 5
was accepted, provided a 90 foot turn -around is dedicated
at the end of 5th Street.
