HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 4473RESOLUTION GRANTING SPECIAL ZONE VARIANCE RESOLUTION No. 4+73 Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of National City as follows: That a special zone variance permit be granted to Delia Chapman for the purpose of selling to Floyd Sumner for the purpose of hn11t 1 �g and operating a 20 unit motel on property at 1 th Street and West Avenue, Said property is described as follows: That said permit is granted upon the conditions and recommendations of the City Planning Com- mission as hereinafter set forth: City Plat, Block 18, Lots 5 to 10 Inc. and Lots 13 to 19 inc. • That said permit is non -assignable and non-transferrable. Construction istobe commenced within ninety days from date hereof. This permit shall expire day of 19 Any violation of any of the above conditions will void this permit and the same shall lapse and be of no effect. Deputy w ����VAA1�111� ninmh/!/IGI� THE CITY OFFICE OF THE CITY ENGINEER Honorable City Council City of National City Gentlemen: NAL CITY September 10, 1947 Report on the Planning Commission's regular meeting of September 10, 1947 The Planning Commission recommends the following petition for special permit be granted: Petition #286 of Della Chapman for a special permit to sell to Floyd Sumner for the purpose of building and operating a 20>unit motel on property at 18th & West Streets, National City. The following petition was granted with conditions: Petition #283 of G. W. Dietrich for a special permit to erect buildings for the operation of a service station, repair garage and store at 1525 East 16th St. (No body and fender work to be done. Store to be grocery and notions only. And that the garden power mower could be handled for sale.) The following petition was denied: Petition #285 of M. C. Kurth for a special permit to operate stables and correls for boarding six hourses at 84+ Palm Avenue, National City. A protest signed by twelve persons was presented by Mr. Glen C. Isbell. The petition of Mr. Bernard J. Banke was withdrawn and the Planning Commission recommends that a refund of $10.00 be made to Mr. Banker as the petition was not posted. Respectfully submitted E. J.
