Lee Honorable City Council: On about September 16, 1947 I requested a':.permit from the Building Inspector to move a house from 428 Tenth Street, San Diego, Calif. to my lot at 137 East Second Street, National City, Calif. The house did not meet specifications as it had no studs at all and it was in such a condition as not to even be able to be fixed up enough to comply wih reg- ulations. In view of this fact I would like to request from the City Council that the fee of 025.00 which I paid to the City Treasurer's Office be refunded. Sincerely, 'ff'2 4 ,fa 4_ ,A4 /g
