HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 4112BBSO ',UT ION NO. 4112 BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City that Dorothy J. Jensen shall operate the concession located in the Municipal Pool Building, com- mencing June 5th and ending September 15th, 1946, which authorization shall be in conformity with her offer and in accordance with the following terms: 1. That she shall abide by all rules and regulations of the City and will operate directly under the supervision of the Park Superintendent. 2. All necessary labor for the checking of clothing, valuables, etc., shall be supplied by Dorothy J. Jensen. 3. She will act as Paul Matron and shall assist in the cashiering work whenever required by the Park Superin- tendent. 4. The Park Superintendent shall approve any and all merchandise for sale, prior to sale thereof. 5. That papers and trash directly attributable to the commodities sold at the concession will be removed.by Dorothy J. Jensen at her own expense. In return for this privilege t agree to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by the City, concerning this operatiop, and will be directly under the supervision of the Park Superintendent, I will furnish all labor necessary to do the checking of clothing,. valuables etc., as .required. I will also act in full capacity as Park and Pool Matron, and will assist in cashier work when necessary.
