Gentlemen: Mr. Oscar Agnew, an employee of the City of National City employed in the Park Department of said city, has as of June 4th 1946 completed his probationary term. Inasmuch as he has proven himself well qualified for the work, I hereby recommend Mir. Oscar Agnew to the City Council and Civil Service Commission for a permanent position as Junior Park Gardner at the middle bracket, at. the salary of the present wage scale of$'170.00 per month, effective July 1, 1946, or the wage scale made effective by the Council on or after July 1st effecting above classi- fication and bracket.
