1 BE IT RESOLVED BY the City Council of the City of National
2 City, California, as follows:
3 That the proposed assessment of the total amount of the costs
4 and expenses of the work or improvement of furnishing electric
5 current for the lighting of the following streets in the City of
6 National City, California, to -wit:
7 NATIONAL AVENUE, in said City, between the southerly curb
8 line of Fifth Street, and the northerly curb line of Tenth Street:
EIGHTH STREET, in said City, between a line parallel to and
10 10 feet westerly from the westerly line of National Avenue and
11 the Westerly curb line of "A" Avenue;
Together with the maintenance of the posts, wires, conduits
and lamps on the afore said streets, between the points hereinbefore
mentioned:
Made and filed with the Clerk of said City Council by the City
Engineer of said City of said City of National City, and which said
proposed assessment is contained in Document No.118150 on file in
the office of said City Clerk be, and the same it hereby confirmed,
And it further appearing to said City Council that no protests
against said improvement have been filed with the City Clerk;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the report of the said City Eng-
ineer, heretofore made and filed with the Clerk of said City Coun-
cil, being contained in said Document No.11815-be and the same is
hereby adopted as a wholes
