City, California do hereby certify that the following statements
are true and correct:
1. '. 0pe,cial Election was held in the City of National
City, California, on the 26th day of February 1946, pursuant t o
Ordinance Number 715, duly passed and adopted by the City Council
of said City by warrant of a two-thirds (2/3) vote on the 22nd
day of January 1946, entitled:
",n Ordinance of the City Council of the City of
National City, California,, ordering, calling,
providing for and giving notice of a special
election to be held in the City of National City
on the 26th day of February 1946, for the purpose
of submitting to the qualified voters of said City
a proposition to incur bonded indebtedness by said
City for a certain municipal improvement."
2. the whole number of votes cast at said election was
1212
on the proposition which reads as follows:
"`;:hall the City of National City incur a bonded in-
debtedness in the principal sum of 375:s000.00 for
the purpose of the acquisition and construction by
said City of a certain municipal improvement, to wit:
The acquisition and construction of a trunk sewer
system in said city including the acquisition of
all equipment, easements and other property necessary
or convenient therefor"?'
3. That all of said votes were valid and legal votes, of
