BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of. National
City, California as follows':
That the sum of 4400,00 shall be paid to Phil D. Swing as
and for professional services rendered in connection with the
Navy Departments condemnation of the City's Tide Lands. The
sum covers -the period from November 6, 1945 to December Zit 1945.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of National City, California, this 15th
day of slanaary , 19 46 , by the following vote, to -wit:
