RESOLUTION NO. 15,828
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY
DEDICATING AND NAMING A PORTION OF PARCEL OF LAND
AS SHELL AVENUE AND MARIPOSA STREET
(A.P.N. 669-050-01)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
National City, California as follows:
1. That Frederick A. Puhn and Margaret A. Puhn,
husband and wife as joint tentants, have conveyed the real
property described in the attached Exhibit "A" to the City of
National City for street purposes.
2. That the City of National City desires that said
property be dedicated for public street purposes.
3. That the described dedicated parcel of land in
Exhibit "A" shall henceforth be known as a portion of Shell
Avenue and Mariposa Street.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 20th day of December, 1988.

All that portion of the northwest quarter of the northeast quarter of the
Southwest Quarter OF Quarter Section 104 of Rancho de la Nacion in the
City of National City, County of San Diego, State of California according
to Map thereof No. 166 filed with said County, more particularly described
as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of said northwest quarter of the
northeast quarter of the southwest quarter thence N19° 02'58" W along
westerly line of said northwest quarter 115.81 feet to the 'TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING distance thereof 200 feet from the northwest corner of said
northwest quarter; thence continuing along said westerly line N 19°02'58" W
200 feet to the said northwest corner of said northwest quarter, this also
being the northwest corner of Lot 16 of B.F. PRRD'S PARADISE VILLA
ADDITION TO NATIONAL CITY, according to Map thereof No. 155 filed in the
office of the County Recorder of San Diego County July 7, 1887, thence N70°
37'40" E along the northerly line of said northwest quarter 40.11 feet;
thence southeasterly along a line parallel with said westerly line S19°
00'21"E a distance of 20.00 feet to the beginning of a 10.00 foot radius
curve concave southeasterly; thence westerly, southwesterly, and southerly
along the arc of said curve through a central angle of 90°21'19" a distance
of 15.77 feet; thence S19 ° 01 ' 16" E 169.93 feet more or less along a line
parallel with said westerly line to an intersection with a line parallel
with said northerly line and distance thereof 200 feet; thence S70°34'40" W
30 feet along said parallel line to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
