HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 15,847RESOLUTION NO. 15,847 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE AND DIRECTING RECORDATION OF A GRANT DEED FOR A PARCEL OF LAND AT FIG COURT AND GILBERT LANE (MANUEL POSADAS PAVIA AND DELFINA GUERRERO PAVIA) BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City, California, that pursuant to Resolution No. 7083, the City Clerk is hereby ordered to execute a Certificate of Acceptance and to record the following instrument conveying an interest in real estate to the City of National City: GRANT DEED dated August 31, 1988 by Manuel Posadas Pavia and Delfina Guerrero Pavia.
