RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY
ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE AND DIRECTING RECORDATION
OF A GRANT DEED FOR A PARCEL OF LAND AT FIG
COURT AND GILBERT LANE
(MANUEL POSADAS PAVIA AND DELFINA GUERRERO PAVIA)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
National City, California, that pursuant to Resolution No. 7083,
the City Clerk is hereby ordered to execute a Certificate of
Acceptance and to record the following instrument conveying an
interest in real estate to the City of National City:
GRANT DEED dated August 31, 1988 by Manuel Posadas
Pavia and Delfina Guerrero Pavia.
PASSED and ADOPTED this loth day of January, 1989.

EXHIBIT "A"
All that portion of the west one half Gilbert Lane, as vacated
and closed to public use as shown on Map of Scott Terrace,
according to Map thereof No. 3153, filed in the Office of the
County Recorder of San Diego County, November 4, 1954, described
as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 32 of said Scott
Terrace; thence along the east line thereof, South 0 Degrees
00'45" West (record South 0 degrees 01' East) 66.97 feet; thence
continuing along the southerly prolongation of said easterly line
of lot 32, 20.00 feet; thence South 89 Degrees 14'15" East 30.00
feet to the center of said Gilbert Lane; thence North 0 Degrees
45'45" East (record North 0 Degrees 01' West) along the center
line of said Gilbert Lane 56.49 feet to a point on Southwesterly
boundary of Palm Avenue as shown on State Highway drawing
45057.1, said point being on the arc of a non tangent 701.00 foot
radius curve concave Northeasterly, a radial line to which bears
South 51 Degrees 00' 58" West; thence Northwesterly along the arc
of said curve and said Southwesterly boundary of Palm Avenue to a
point of intersection with the Easterly prolongation of the
Northerly line of said Lot 32; thence leaving said Palm Avenue,
West, along the Easterly prolongation line of said Northerly line
of Lot 32 to the Northeast corner thereof and point of
termination.
