HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 15,8531 RESOLUTION NO. 15,853 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY FROM FEDERICO MANGLICMOT AND REMEDIOS MANGLICMOT AND DIRECTING RECORDATION OF A GRANT DEED OF A PARCEL OF LAND FOR STREET PURPOSES (EUCLID AVENUE) (A.P.N. 558-180-12) BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City, California, as follows: Pursuant to Resolution No. 7083, the City Clerk is hereby ordered to execute a Certificate of Acceptance and to record the following instrument conveying an interest in real estate to the City of National City: GRANT DEED for street purposes from FEDERICO MANGLICMOT AND REMEDIOS MANGLICMOT, HUSAND AND WIFE AS JOINT TENANTS, dated June 24, 1988.
