RESOLVIJ, that it is the intention of the Board of Trust-
ees of the City of National City, California, to order the follow-

ing
work to be done and improvement to be made in said City of
National City, to -wit;
The construction and completion of a sanitary sewer
tern in certain subdivisions of quarter Sections 131, 132, 154 and
155, Rancho de la Nacion, as said Rancho de Ia Nocion is shown on
Map No. 166 in the office of the County Recorder of the County of
fan Diego, State of California, and in a portion of "City Plat{' of
said National City, all in the City of National City, California,

The construction of a reinforced cement concrete septic
•
tank and appurtenant reinforced cement concrete manhole on lot in
block 135, City P1t, in said City, together with appurtenant shear
gate, pipes, valves, covers and appliances, the northeasterly end
of the center line of said septic tank being located at a point
which bears south 14k derees east, 10.0 feet from the northeasterly
corner of said lot, said center line running thence south 71 degrees
west 73.0 feet to the southwesterly end of said center line.

Also, as a part of eaid work, the conetruction of the fo1-A
lowing main sewer line, to -wit:
Commencing at the northeastc?rly end of the septic tank
herethbfore described, on lot 1, in block 135, City plat, running
north 71 degres east 11 feet, to the center line of the alley in
said block 135; thence north 26 degrees east, 70.? feet to a point

on the center line of sixth Stret; thence northeasterly along the
center line of Sixth Street to the center line of Second Avenue; the
northwesterly along the center ling of Second Avenue to the center 1
of Fifth Street; thence northeasterly along the center line of Fifth
Street to. the center line of First Avenue; thence northwesterly alon
the center lip of First Avenue to the ce ;3r line of Fourth Street;

Between said last named point and a point 106.4 feet
northeastr1y from the thterseetion of the center line of Fourth
Street and the center line of the alley in block 12, of Frank A.
Kimball's Subdivision, producd northwesterly, said saucer to be
constxucted, of six• -inch pipe;
Also, the construction along said mein sawer line of
eighteen brick manholes, four corrugated, galvanized iron pipe
larupholes and one brick flush tank, said structures to be located
at the pointy shown upon the plans hereinafter referred to.
Also, as a part of said work, the construction of the

the construction therein of one brick manhole, running southeaster-
ly along the center line of Highland Avenue, to connect with said
main sewer line in Fourth Street;
A six-inch sewer line, 660 feet in 1ngth, together with
the construction therein of one corrugated, galvanized iron pipe

Avenu, to connect with said main sewer line on Fourth Stret;
A fourInch sewer 110 feet in length, together with
one Y branch, plugged with cemint stoppers, running southeasterly
along a line parallel to, and one foot easterly from the center
line of D Avenue, to connect with sid main sftwer line on Fourth
Street;
A six-inch sewer line, 242 feet in 1ngth, together with
the construction therein of one corrugated, galvanized iron pipe

connect with said main sewer line on First Street;
A six-inch sewer Line, 312.2 feet. in length, together
with the construction therein of one brick manhole, running south-
easterly along the center line of D Avenue,, to connect with said

the construction therein of one corrugated, galvanized iron pipe

the construction therein of one Y branch, plugged with cement stop-

the construction therein of one brick manhole and one corrugated,

ter line of K Avenue, to connect with said main sewer line on Eighth

the construction therein of one corrugated, galvanized iron pipe
lamphole, running southwesterly along the center line of Seventh
Street, to connect with the last above described sewer line;
A six-inch sewer line, 927 feet in length, together with
the construction therein of one 'brick manhole and two corrugated,
galvanized iron pipe lampholes, running southeasterly along the
center line of J Avenue, to connct with said main sewer line on

this Resolution of Intention shall be published by two insertions,
and the notice of the passage thereof shall be published by one
