BE TT RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of the City of
National City, California
SECTION I. That the public interest and necessity de-
mand the acquisition, construction and completion by said City of
national City of that certain municipal improvement, to -wit:
Street wo rk, consisting of the paving wi th Portland
Cement Concrete pavement of) a portion of the width thereof , and the
construction of the necessary culverts across said streets, of the
f o flowing streets in said City, to -Wit:
First Street from the easterly line of National Avenue to
a point eight feet easterly from the center line of F Avenue; 1'
Avenue from a point eight feet southerly from the center line
of First Street to a point eight feet southerly from the center
line of Second Street; Second Street from a point eight feet
easterly from the center line of F Avenue to a point eight feet

westerly from the center line of Highland Mrenue; Pourth Street
from a point eight feet easterly from the center line of Highland
Avenue to the westerly line of L Avenue; Eighth Street from the

easterly line of rational Avenue to a point eight feet westerly

point eight Feet easterly from the center line of Highland Avenue
