BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Trustees of the City
of National City, California, as followa:
That the plat eho*ing the exterior boundary lines of
the d1tr1ct of lands affected and benefited and to be in-
cluded in the assessment district to be a8seeeed for the
grading, construction of sidewalks and ourb8 on bothe
sides thereof except where side*Ik8 and curbs are already
in place, and the construction of the necessary culvei'ts,
gutters and drain on the follo*ing streets)tlo-L1i.t:
Fifth Street from the Easterly curb line of First
Avenue to the Easterly line of K Avenue; Sixth Street from
the Easterly curb line of First Avenue to the Easterly
line of K Avenue, and Seventh Street from the Easterly line
of National ,Avenue to the easterly line of K Avenue,
be and the same is hereby adopted and approved, and the City
Clerk of said City is hereby directed to file the said flat
in the office of the City Engineer of said City.
