ORDERING THE CLOSING OF C AVEMUE IN THE
CITY OF NATI0NAL CITY, CALIFORNIA, FOR
THE FULL WIDTH THEREOF FROM PROPERTY
LI??E TO PROPERTY LINE, BETWEEN THE SOUTH-
ERLY LIN OF FIRST STREET AND THE ITORTH
FJFLLY LINE OF THIRD STREET, EXCEPTING THE
INTERSECTION THERJJS'F MI"'H SECOND STREET.
WHEREAS, by its Resolution No. 766 duly paseed and
adopted on the 5th day of December, 1922, the Bord of
Trustees of the City of National City, California, de-
clared its intention to order to be cioeed and vacated
C Avenue in the Citir of National City, CaUfornia, for
the full width thereof from property line to property
line, bet*een the Southerly line of FIrst Street and
the Northerly line of Third street, excepting the inter-
section thereof with Secon street; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said Recolution of Intention
the Street Superintendent of said City did thereupon cause
to be conspicuously posted along the line of aaicl contem-
plated work and improvement at not more than 300 feet in
distance apart but not le than three iflali, notices of
the passage of said resolution in manner and form as pro-
vided. by law, and did cause a notice irnilar in substance
to be publ±shed by four successive insertions in The
national City News, a newspaper ;printed, published and
circulated weekly in said City and in said Resolution of
Ir_tention designated as the neweir,arer in which such notice
hou1d be published; and
WHEREAS, the time allowed by law for filing protests
against said work and irprovement has expired and none have
been filed, and it appearing that the public interest and
convenience require that the following described public work
and improvemet be done; and
WHEREAS, the expenses of said proposed work and ira-
proverient have been fully paid by the property owners
affected and no aeesirent for the Same is necessary;

NOW, THER1FORE, BF IT FcESOL9ED by the Board of
Trustees of the City of National City, California, that

there be and there is hereby cloyed and vaceited C Arenue
in the City of National City, California, for the full
width thereof from property line to property line, between
the Southerly line of First Streit and the Northerly line
of Third Street, excepting the intersection thereof with
Second Street.
