BE TT RESOLVED that the City Engineer be, and he is
hereby, instructed to prepare an estimate of the cost and ex
/
pense of each and all of the following contemplated municipal
improvements, to -wit:
1. The paving, with Portland cement concrete pave -
went, of a strip sixteen (16) feet wide, eight (8) feet on each
side of the center line thereof, and the necessary culverts
across same, on the following streets in the City of National
City, to -wit:
Fourth Street from National Avenue to Highland
Avenue and from L Avenue to Q Avenue;
Eighth Street from National Avenue to Seventh Avenue
and from the westerly line of Quarter Sections 105 and 106 to
the easterly city limits;
Seventh Avenue from Thirteenth Street to the north-
erly city limits;
•Eighteenth. Street from National Avenue to Highland
Avenue and from P Avenue to a point 3300 feet easterly from
P Avenue;
