RESOLVED BY T}� BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF
NATIONAL CITY, CALIFORNIA, as follows:
Section 1. That a general municipal election shall be
held pursuant to law in the city of National City, California, on
the 13th day of April, 1914.
Section 2. That at said election there shall be chosen
City officers for said city as follows:
1. Three members of the Board of Trustees of said ity
each to serve for a term of four years.
' 2. One City Clerk of said city to serve for a term of two
years.
3. One City Treasurer of said city to serve for a term of
two years.

Section 3. That pursuant to ordinance No. 427 of the

shall at said general municipal ele'tion be submitted to the
qualified voters of said city the following propositions,toTwit:
Proposition No. 1. Shall the City of National City, California
retain its powers of control over railroad corporations?
Proposition No. 2. Shall the City of National City, California,

Section 14. For the purposes of said election said city
shall be divided into three voting precincts numbered one (1),
two (2), and three (3), which precincts shall respectively be
those bounded and described as follows, to -wit:

beginning at the point where the westerly municipal boundary line
of said city intersects the northerly boundary line of said city;
thence southerly along the said westerly boundary line of said
National City to its intersection with the center line of Eighth
Street in said city, as produced westerly; thence easterly along
the center line of said Eighth Street and Eighth Street produced
along the southerly boundary lines of quarter sections 155, 131,
130 and 105, National Rancho, according to the Morrill map there-
of filed in the Recorder's office of San Diego County, California,
to the easterly municipal boundary line of said city; thence north

Notice is hereby given that a general municipal election
