STREET IN THE CITY OF NATIONAL CI'.i`Y, CAL-

AVEITTJE IN SAID CITY TO THE EASTERLY LIITF
OF ttB" AVENUE IN SAID CITY,
EESQLVED: That it is the intention of the Board of
Trustees of said City of National City, California, to order
the following street work and improvement to be done in said
City, to -wit:
That Twelfth Street in said City, including the side-
walks thereof, from the easterly line of Seventh Avenue in
said City to the easterly line of "B" Avenue in said City, and

including also, all intersections of cross streets betweerl said

points with said Twelfth Streets and the sidewalks of said interM
sections, excepting all prtionS of said Twelfth, Street and of
the intersections of cross streets with said Twelfth Street
'between said points already graded to the official grade thereof,
or by this Board of Trustees ordered to be so graded, and also
excepting such portion

of said Twelfth Street and of the inter-

Twelfth Street, between said points
as are used by the track between the rails and for two feet on
each side thereof, and between the tracks where there is more
than one track,of any person or Company having railroad tracks
the reon, be graded to the full width and official grade there-
of, according to the specifications contained in Ordinance No.
323 of the Ordinances • the City of National City, California,
entitled: "An Ordin- e prescribing specifications for the
grading of streets inthe City of National City, California,"
duly passed and adopted on the first day of March, 1912.

so to be graded, the following culverts with their accessories,

One twelve inch round corrugated ingot iron culvert
with its accessories incuding wing walls and abutments and con-
necting culverts under cross walks in the northerly gutter line
of said Twelfth Street, across the intersection of the same with
^A" Avenue in said City; also, one concrete catch basin with
cast iron cover at the westerly end of the culvert aforesaid;
One eighteen inch concrete pipe culvert with its ac-
cessories including wing walls and abutments, extending across
said Twelfth Street on a line parallel to and two feet westerly
from the westerly line of "A" Avenue in said City, and conneot-
ing with the catch basin aforesaid;
One eighteen inch part circle corrugated ingot iron
culvert with its accessories including connecting culverts under
Dross Walks, wing walla and abutments in the northerly gutter
line of said Twelfth Street, across the intersection of the same
with First Avenue in said City;
One eighteen inch part circle corrugated ingot iron
culvert with its accessories including connecting culverts under
cross walks, wing walls and abutments in the northerly gutter line
of said Twelfth Street in said City, across the intersection of
the same with Second Avenue;
One eighteen inch part circle corrugated ingot iron
culvert with its accessories including connecting culverts under
cross walker wing walls and abutments in the southerly gutter line
of said Twelfth Street across the intersection of the same with
Third Avenue in said City;
One ten inch round corrugated ingot iron culvert with
its accessories including catch basins and cast iron covers in
the -northerly line of said Twelfth. Street, extending under the
track of the San Diego and Southeastern Railway Company at the
point where the same crosses the northerly line of said Twelfth
Street, to -wit: 100 feet or thereabouts easterly from the east-
erly line of Fourth Avenue in said City;

erly gutter line of said Twelfth Street across the intersection
of the same with Fourth Avenue in said City;

of said Twelfth Street across the intersection with said Fourth
Avenue in said City;
One twelve inch round corrugated ingot iron culvert
with its accessories including wing walls and abutments and a
catch basin at each end thereof, at the northerly gutter line of
said Twelfth Street and extending underneath the track of the San
Diego and Arizona Railway Company so as to clear the same on each
side thereof.

AU. of eaid culverts with their accessories and catch
basins where hereinbefore required shall conform to the plans,
drawings, cross sections and particular specifications thereof
contained in Document No. B-l2l2 on file in the Office of the

City Engineer of said City, vehieh plans, drawings, crosa�ectIons
and particular specifications are hereby adopted as the plans,
drawings, cross -sections and particular specifications for said
culverts and their accessories and for said catch basins, and
by reference to said Document, are incorporated herein as part
of this Resolution. The contractor or contractors to whom the co
tract shall be awarded for doing said work shall take andremove
from the streets to be graded, all excess dirt that shall result
from said work and shall also supply all deficiencies of dirt
that may be required to bring said street to its said official
grade.
All of said work shall be done under the direction and
to the satisfaction of the Superintendent of Streets of said Cit

That the National City News, a newspaper printed
and published weekly in said City of National City, Ca1
ifornia, is hereby designated as the newspaper in which
this resolution of intention shall be published twice
in the manner required by law.
That the City Clerk of the City of National City,
California, be, and he is hereby, directed to a ause this
9 resolution to be published twice in said newspaper designat-
10 ed as aforesaid for that purpose.
