RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO SIDEWALK AND CURB
ALL INTERSECTIONS OF STR1ETS WITH NATIONAL
AVENUE IN THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY, CALIFORNIA,
BETWEEN TItE NORTHERLY LINT OF FIRST STREET IN
SAID CITY AND THE NORTHERLY LINE OF SIXTH STREET
IN SAID CITY.
RESOLVED; That it is the intention of the
Board of Trustees of the City of National City, a municipal
corporat10n, in the County of San Diego, State of California,
to order the following work and improvement done in said
City, to -wit:
That all intersections of cross atreet9 with
National Avenue in said City between the northerly line of
First Street in said City, and the northerly line of Sixth
Street in said City, except such portions of said intersections
of streets with said National Avenue already sidewalked and
curbed, or by this Board of Trustees ordered to be sidewalked
and curbed, and excepting, also, all streets, or intersections

of streets with said National Avenue, between said points used
by the track between the rails and for two feet on each side
thereof, and betweefl te tracks, where there is more than one
of any person, or company, having railroad tracks thereon, be
sidewalked and curbed with cement sidewalks and eubbe in
accordance with the specifications therefor, contained in
Ordinance 341 of the Ordinances of the City of National City,
California, entitled" An Ordinance to provide specifications
for the construction of cement sidewalks and curbs in the
City of National City, Californian passed and adopted the 6th
of December, 1910.
All of said work shall be done to the official grade
of said street and under the direction !and to 'the satisfaction
of the Superintendent of Streets of said City of National
City, ca1ifeia.

That the Nation@ City News, a newspaper published
weekly in said City of National City. California, is hereby
designated as the newspaper in which this Resolution of In-
tention shall be published twice in the manner required by
law;
6 That the City Clerk of the City of National City,
7 California,be, and he is hereby directed to cause this
8 Resolution to be published twice in said newspaper designated.
9 as aforesaid, for that purpose.
10 That the Street Superintendent of said City shall
11 immediately after the adoption of this Resolution of Intention
12 cause to be conspicuously posted along the line of said contem-
13 plated work and improvement, at not more than 300 feet in
14 I distance apart, but not less than three in all, notices which
shall be headed "2dOTICE OF IMPROVEr,ENT," in letters of not lees
than one inch in length, and which shall, in legible characters,
state the fact of the passage of this Resolution of Intention,
its date, and, briefly, the work and improvement proposed,
and shall refer to this Resolution of Intention for further

particulars, all in manner and form as required by law.
Passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the
City of National City, California, this 17th day of December,
1912, by the following vote, to -wit:
