BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Trustees •of the City of national City, a municipal corporation of the. County .of Ban D ego., State of California, that the public interest and convenience of said City require that the street work hereinafter described, be done, and there-. fore the said Board, .of Trustees hereby orders the following street work to be done in said City, to -wit:-•. That Tenth Street in the City of National City,California, including the sidewalks thereof, from the Easterly line of Third Avenue to the Westerly line of "Fin Avenue, including all intersec,- tions of ,streets between maid points and. the sidewalks •of such inter-. sections (excepting such portions of said Tenth Street and the inter- ections of streets, between said points,• required, by law to •be kept in order and repair by any pe rson or carapany havvinis railroad tracks thereon, and- aleo excepting the intersection of National .Avenue with Tenth Street, which intersection is areatilr graded, and accepted), be graded to the official grade thereof, according to the specifications therefor contained ih Ordinance lio .241 of the Ordinances of the said City of National City, entitled "An Ordinance Proviaing Specifications for the Grading of Streets in the •City of National City,California", passed on the 14th day of January 1908, Also that as a part of said work, the re be construorted upon said Tenth.
