RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH
D-MAX ENGINEERING, INC., FOR THE NOT TO EXCEED AMOUNT OF
$100,000 TO PREPARE STORM WATER POLLUTION PLANS,
ASSIST WITH FILING OF NOTICES OF INTENT, AND PROVIDE
ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS
WHEREAS, the City desires to employ a contractor to prepare storm water
pollution plans, assist with filing of Notices of Intent, and provide environmental services for
capital improvement projects; and
WHEREAS, the City has determined that D-Max Engineering, Inc., is a
professional engineering and environmental consulting firm, and is qualified by experience and
ability to perform the services desired by the City, and D-Max Engineering, Inc. is willing to
perform such services for the not -to -exceed amount of $100,000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council hereby authorizes
the Mayor to execute an agreement with D-Max Engineering, Inc. in the amount of $100,000 to
prepare storm water pollution plans, assist with filing of Notices of Intent, and provide
environmental services for capital improvement projects. Said Agreement is on file in the office
of the City Clerk.
