RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF THE SUCCESSOR AGENCY
TO THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION AS
THE NATIONAL CITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY DELEGATING TO
AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OR HER DESIGNEE
TO REMIT PAYMENT TO THE COUNTY, AS DEMANDED BY THE STATE
PURSUANT TO AB 1484 (KNOWN AS THE "TRUE -UP PROCESS" BY
THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE), FROM AVAILABLE
FUNDS AS DETERMINED BY THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of the Successor Agency
to the Community Development Commission as the National City Redevelopment Agency does
hereby delegate and authorize the Executive Director or her designee to remit payment to the
County, as demanded by the State pursuant to AB 1484 (known as the "True -up Process" by
the State Department of Finance), from available funds as determined by the Executive
Director.
