RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF THE SUCCESSOR AGENCY
TO THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION
AS THE NATIONAL CITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY DESIGNATING
THE OFFICIALS AUTHORIZED TO ORDER THE DEPOSIT AND
WITHDRAWAL OF SUCCESSOR AGENCY MONIES WITH FINANCIAL
INSTITUTIONS ON BEHALF OF THE SUCCESSOR AGENCY
BE IT RESOLVED by the Successor Agency to the Community Development
Commission as the National City Redevelopment Agency ("Successor Agency") that the
following Successor Agency officers or their successors in office shall be authorized to order the
deposit and withdrawal of monies with financial institutions on behalf of the Successor Agency:
Leslie Deese, Executive Director
Mark Roberts, Director of Finance
Javier Carcamo, Financial Services Officer
