CERTIFYING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION, AND AUTHORIZING
THE CITY COUNCIL TO FILE A NOTICE OF DETERMINATION RELATED
TO A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AND COASTAL DEVELOPMENT

WHEREAS, application was made for an Initial Study, for
Declaration related to a Conditional Use Permit and Coastal Develop

EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
