RESOLUT CON OF INTENTION TO CLOSE UP PORTION OF THIFTY-SFCOND STREET
IN THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY, CALIFORNIA.
W'rEP AS , in the judgment of the Board of Trustees of the
City of National City, California, a municipal corporation, the pub-
lic interest and convenience require the closing up of that portion
of Thirty-second Street in said City, described as follows:
That portion of Thirty-second Street lying between the
easterly ] ine of Sixth Avenue prolonged across said Thirty-second
Street, and the westerly line of the alley located between Sixth
Avenue and Fifth Avenue prolonged across said Thirty-second Street.

said Beard of Trustees, and the said Board of Trustees hereby de-
c tares its intention to order the following improvement to be done
and made, to wit:
The closing up of that portion of Thirty-second Street
in said City lying between the easterly line of Sixth Avenue prolong-
ed across said Thirty-second Street, and the westerly line of the
alley located between Sixth Ave,lue and Fifth Avenue prolonged across
said Thirty-second Street.
That it is not deemed necessary that any land be taken
for the closing up of that portion of snid Thirty-second Street above
described.
That the district of land to be affected and benefited
by said work and improver ent, and to be assessed to pay the costs,
damages, and expenses thereof, is included within the following de-
scribed boundaries, to -wit:
All that portion of Block 161 lying westerly of the line
of the alley located between Sixth Avenue and Fifth Avenue prolonged
across said Thirty-second Street.

It is further ordered treat the Clerk of said City, with-
out delay, cause this resolution to be published in "The National
City News", a weekly newspaper published in the City of National
City, in the County of San Diego, State of California, which said
newspaper is hereby designated as the newspaper in which said publi-
cation shall be made, and said publication shall be made in said
newspaper as often as the law requires, and in the manner in which
the law requires, and the Clerk is hereby directed to make such pub-
lication.
Passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the City
of National City, this 2/ day of Septeri.ber, 1909, by the fol-
lowing vote:
