RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF THE SUCCESSOR AGENCY
TO THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION
AS THE NATIONAL CITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
APPROVING AN ADMINISTRATIVE BUDGET FOR THE ROPS
15-16B PERIOD (JANUARY 1, 2016 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2016)
WHEREAS, Health and Safety Code section 341770) requires that the
Successor Agency prepare a proposed administrative budget for each upcoming six-month
period and submit it to the oversight board for its approval; and
WHEREAS, said administrative budget is to include estimated amounts for
successor agency administrative costs, the proposed sources of payment, and proposals for
arrangements for administrative and operations services provided by a city, county, city and
county, or other entity; and
WHEREAS, on March 15, 2016, the Executive Director submitted to the Board of
the Successor Agency a proposed administrative budget for the Recognized Obligation
Payment Schedule (ROPS) 15-16B period, and said budget has been discussed and
deliberated in public session.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of the Successor Agency
to the Community Development Commission as the National City Redevelopment Agency that
the administrative budget for the ROPS period beginning January 1, 2016, with expenditures
totaling $234,873 is hereby approved and directed to be submitted to the Oversight Board for its
approval.
