RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY
DENYING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR WHOLESALE AUTO
SALES AND ACCESSORY USES AT 2000 ROOSEVELT AVENUE
(CASE FILE NO. 2016-10 CUP; APN: 560-392-11)
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of National City considered a
Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for wholesale automobile sales, accessory auto repair, detail, and
outdoor storage at Perry Ford located at 2000 Roosevelt Avenue at a duly noti - ' s ublic
hearing held on November 7, 2016, at which time oral and documentary ev
presented; and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing the Planning Corn e staff

HEREAS, this action is taken pursuant to all applicable procedures required by
Sta law; and
WHEREAS, the action hereby taken is found to be essential for the preservation
of the public health, safety and general welfare.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
National City, California, that the evidence presented to the City Council at the public hearing
held on March 21, 2017, support the following findings:
