RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY
DENYING DOWNTOWN SPECIFIC PLAN CONSISTENCY REVIEW
FOR AN 11 UNIT RESIDENTIAL BUILDING WITH EXEMPTIONS FOR
DENSITY AND DRIVEWAY ACCESS AT 129 NATIONAL CITY BOULEVARD

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of National City considered a
Consistency Review for an 11 unit residential building with exemptions for den and driveway
access located at 129 National City Boulevard at a duly advertised public he + on
November 21, 2017, at which time oral and documentary evidence was pre

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that copies of this Resolution be transmitted
forthwith to the applicant and to the City Council.
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that this Resolution shall become effective and final
on the day following the City Council meeting where the City Council Resolution is set for
review, unless an appeal in writing is filed with the City Clerk prior to 5:00 p.m., on the day of
that City Council meeting. The City Council may, at that meeting, appeal the decision of the
City Council and set the matter for public hearing.
