018 support the following findings:
se of special circumstances applicable to the property, including size, shape, or
topography, the strict application of Title 18 of the Municipal Code (Zoning) deprives such
property of privileges enjoyed by other properties in the vicinity and under the identical zone
classification. In this case, the property has no useable street frontage and therefore cannot
meet the street wall requirement. If the street wall minimum was enforced on the 30-foot
wide access road, it would leave only seven and a half feet for vehicle access.

street wall.
