The requested Variance is subject to conditions that will assure that the adjustment authorized will not constitute a grant of special privileges inconsistent with the limitations upon other properties in the vicinity and zone in which such property is situated. In this case, there is no other property in the same neighborhood and zone that has the required street wall. 3.
