RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF THE SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION AS THE NATIONAL CITY
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY DESIGNATING THE OFFICIALS AUTHORIZED TO
ORDER THE DEPOSIT AND WITHDRAWAL OF CITY MONIES WITH THE LOCAL
AGENCY INVESTMENT FUND ON BEHALF OF THE SUCCESSOR AGENCY
WHEREAS, the Successor Agency is responsible for designating those
Successor Agency officials authorized to approve transactions with the Local Agency
Investment Fund (LAIF) on behalf of the Successor Agency; and
WHEREAS, staff requests the list of authorized persons be updated to
designate the City Manager, Acting City Manager, Director of Finance, and Finance
Manager as the City's representatives authorized to perform these transactions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Successor Agency to the
Community Development Commission as the National City Redevelopment Agency
("Successor Agency") hereby authorizes the City Manager, Acting City Manager,
Director of Finance, and Finance Manager as the City's representatives authorized to
order the deposit and withdrawal of City monies with the Local Agency Investment Fund.

Passed and adopted by the Successor Agency to the Community Development
Commission as the Redevelopment Agency of the City of National City, California, on
March 19, 2019 by the following vote, to -wit:
Ayes: Boardmembers Cano, Morrison, Quintero, Rios, Sotelo-Solis.
Nays: None.
Absent: None.
Abstain: None.
