EXPLANATION.
DEPARTMENT Engineering
In 1947 the City acquired an easement (A.P.N. 558-180-3) which is
generally located south of 16th Street and west of Lanoitan Avenue,
for the construction, reconstruction, inspection, maintenance,
operation and repair of a sewer line. Due to abandonment of the
sewer line, the existing easement is no longer needed.

The sewer easement will revert back to the underlying property owner
who has acquired title and subsequently subdivided the subject property.

RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF NATIONAL CITY AUTiORIZING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE A QUITCLAIM ,DEED QUITCLAIMING AN EXISTING
SEWER EASEMENT ON THE PROPERTY WHICH IS LOCATED
WITHIN THE "MORNING BREEZE" SUBDIVISION
TO MORNING BREEZE, LTD., A CALIFORNIA CORPORATION
(APN 558-180-3)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
National City, California, that the Mayor is hereby authorized
to execute a quitclaim deed quitclaiming a sewer easement on
the property which is located within the "Morning Breeze"
subdivision (APN 558-180-3) to Morning Breeze, Ltd., a
California corporation.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 26th day of March, 1991.
