Ara-061-33) PREPARED BY DEPARTMENT EXPLANATION_ Engineering In conjunction with the Commercial/Residential mixed use development on the northeast corner of Division Street and Highland Avenue, the owners of the property at Lot No. 14 of Map 1907, Assessor's Parcel Number 556-061-33, on the southwest corner of Division and Highland, have offered to the City of National City a deed for the dedication of a triangular piece of land at the northeast corner of their property. The parcel of land which was offered for dedication is approximately 192 square feet, and was required for the widening of Division Street to provide for a combination right turn and through traffic lane.
