ITEM TITLE RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE AND AUTHORIZING THE
RECORDATION OF A GRANT DEED FOR A PARCEL OF LAND FOR STREET
PURPOSES AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF HIGHLAND AVENUE AND ETA
STREET. (HIGHLAND VIEW TOWNE CENTER, A.P.N. 551-570-07)

EXPLANATION.
The owners of the newly developed Commercial/Residential property
at the northeast corner of Division Street and Highland Avenue
have offered to the City of National City a deed for the
dedication of a piece of land at the northwest corner of the
property. This dedication is in conjunction with the development
of the property, and is necessary for the construction of new
sidewalk and pedestrian ramp at the southeast corner of Eta
Street and Highland Avenue. The parcel of land offered for
dedication is approximately 35 square feet.

A GRANT DEED FOR A PARCEL OF LAND AT
THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF HIGHLAND AVENUE AND

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
National City as follows:
Pursuant to Resolution No. 7083, the City Clerk is he eby
ordered to execute a Certificate of Acceptance and to record the
following instrument conveying an interest in real estate to the
City of National City:
GRANT DEED (Partnership) dated November 30, 1990 from
HIGHLAND VIEW TOWNE CENTER, a California Limited
Partnership.
