(HIGHLAND VIEW TOWNE CENTER, A.P.N. 551-570-07) PREPARED BY Sam Arabzadeh DEPARTMENT Engineering EXPLANATION. The owners of the newly developed Commercial/Residential property at the northeast corner of Division Street and Highland Avenue have offered to the City of National City a deed for the dedication of a piece of land at the northwest corner of the property. This dedication is in conjunction with the development of the property, and is necessary for the construction of new sidewalk and pedestrian ramp at the southeast corner of Eta Street and Highland Avenue. The parcel of land offered for dedication is approximately 35 square feet.
