The Easement is to be used for Public Utilities and incidental purposes. This dedication is in conjunction with the development of the property. The easement area is approximately 620 square feet. X Environmental Review N / A Financial Statement the City. Property owners are dedicating the easement at no cost to STAFF RECOMMENDATIO Adopt the Resolution. Account No. BOARDLCOMMISSION RECOMMENDATION The Planning Commission approved a Conditional Use Permit for the Commercial/Residential property at the northeast corner of Division Street and Highland Avenue, on June 18, 1991.
