EXPLANATION
This Resolution rescinds Resolution No. 91-83, which listed the Assessor's
Parcel Number of the property as 551-570-07.
The owners of the Commercial/Residential property at the northeast corner of
Highland Avenue and Division Street have offered to the City of National City,
a deed for the dedication of a triangular piece of land at the southwest
corner of their property. The parcel of land offered for dedication is
approximately 95 square feet, and is necessary for the future widening of the
northeast corner of Division Street and Highland Avenue.

OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY
ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY AND
DIRECTING THE RECORDATION OF A GRANT DEED
FOR A PARCEL OF LAND AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER
OF DIVISION STREET AND HIGHLAND AVENUE
FOR STREET PURPOSES
AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 91-83
(A.P.N. 551-570-08)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
National City as follows:
Pursuant to Resolution No. 7083, the City Clerk is
hereby ordered to execute a Certificate of Acceptance and to
record the following instrument conveying an interest in real
estate to the City of National City:
GRANT DEED (Partnership) dated November 30, 1990
from HIGHLAND VIEW TOWNE CENTER, a California
Limited Partnership.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution No. 91-83 is
hereby rescinded.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 28th day of May, 1991.
