( ITEM TITLE RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 91-83 AND AUTHORIZING A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE CONVEYANCE AND THE RECORDATION OF A GRANT DEED FOR A PARCEL OF LAND FOR STREET PURPOSES AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF DIVISION STREET AND HIGHLAND AVENUE (HIGHLAND VIEW TOWNE CENTER, A.P.N. 551-570-08) PREPARED BY Sam Arabzadeh DEPARTMENT Engineering EXPLANATION This Resolution rescinds Resolution No. 91-83, which listed the Assessor's Parcel Number of the property as 551-570-07. The owners of the Commercial/Residential property at the northeast corner of Highland Avenue and Division Street have offered to the City of National City, a deed for the dedication of a triangular piece of land at the southwest corner of their property. The parcel of land offered for dedication is approximately 95 square feet, and is necessary for the future widening of the northeast corner of Division Street and Highland Avenue.
