The owners of the Commercial/Residential property at the northeast corner of Highland Avenue and Division Street have offered to the City of National City, a deed for the dedication of a triangular piece of land at the southwest corner of their property. The parcel of land offered for dedication is approximately 95 square feet, and is necessary for the future widening of the northeast corner of Division Street and Highland Avenue.
