The National School District has approved the City's request for a 10-foot wide drainage easement, along the northside of Ira Harbison Elementary School. This 10-foot wide easement is needed for the improvement of Thelma Way from 4th Street to the southerly end. The easement will be used for the installation of an underground storm drain system.
