September 24, 1991 MEETING DATE AGENDA ITEM NO. / STEM TITLE RESOLUTION QUITCLAIMING AN EXISTING SEWER EASEMENT ON A PORTION OF THE PROPERTY WHICH IS LOCATED WITHIN THE "MORNING BREEZE" SUBDIVISION PREPARED BY Dino Serafini DEPARTMENT Engineering EXPLANATION. In 1967 the City acquired an easement on the property which is now known as the "Morning Breeze Subdivision", which is generally located south of 16th Street and west of Lanoitan Avenue, for the construction, reconstruction, inspection, maintenance, operation and repair of a sewer line. Due to abandonment of the sewer line, the existing easement is no longer needed.
