Two of the parcels are located on Delta Street, one being 8.25 feet by 20 feet and the other 51 feet by 20 feet. A third parcel is on Highland Avenue measuring 40 feet by approximately 200 feet. All three parcels are improved, paved areas currently within the limits of the public right-of-way.
