The dedication is in conjunction with the widening of 16th Street, to allow for a new passenger loading zone, and the construction of new sidewwalks, infront of the National City Junior High School. This work was completed on September, 1991. The project was funded by the Community Development Commission. The parcel of land offered for dedication is approximately 1,124 square feet.
