The preliminary title report revealed that the City and Mr. Oliver both have possible interest in the east half of the proposed vacated area of "N" Avenue adjoining Jerauld's Subdivision. This was due to the discrepancy in the alignment of the northerly boundary of the Jerauld's Subdivision on the east side of "N" Avenue. To resolve this problem, Mr. Oliver submitted a boundary adjustment plat and the necessary Quitclaim Deeds.
