The dedication of the property was a condition for the approval of an addition to his house. The parcel of land offered for dedication is 40 feet wide and 60 feet long. WEST, husband and wife. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED as follows: 1. That the real property described in the attached Exhibit "A" was conveyed to the CITY OF NATIONAL CITY for street purposes. 2. That the CITY OF NATIONAL CITY desires that said property be dedicated for public street purposes. 3.
