McDonald's Corporation, DBA Deleware McDonald's Corporation, has offered to the City of National City a deed for the dedication of the easterly 40 feet of the restaurant property at 1630 Highland Avenue for city right-of-way purposes. The dedication of the land was required in conjunction with the redevelopment of the property for a new restaurant. The parcel of land offered for dedication is 40 feet wide and 170 feet long. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED as follows: 1. That the real property described in the attached Exhibit "A" was conveyed to the CITY OF NATIONAL CITY for street purposes. 2. That the CITY OF NATIONAL CITY desires that said property be dedicated for public street purposes. 3.
