The owners of the property at 2208 and 2210 Rachael Avenue have offered to the City of National City a deed for the dedication of the westerly 20 feet of their property fronting Harbison Avenue for City right-of-way purposes. The dedication of the land was required in conjunction with the development of the lot for two new single family dwellings. The parcel of land offered for dedication is 20 feet wide and 66 feet long. Tipay and Emerita A. Tipay. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED as follows: 1. That the real property described in the attached Exhibit "A" was conveyed to the CITY OF NATIONAL CITY for street purposes. 2. That the CITY OF NATIONAL CITY desires that said property be dedicated for public street purposes. 3. That the described parcel of land in Exhibit "A" shall henceforth be known as a portion of Harbison Avenue.
