The extension of Reo Drive requires the acquisition DEPARTMENT Engineering from Sweetwater Road to State Route 54 of the rear portion (approximately 18,084 sq. ft) of the property at 3354 Valley Road, A.P.N. 564- 290-63. Staff has negotiated a price of $83,400.00 for the land and the existing improvements. The total estimated closing cost is $84,899.40.
