EXPLANATION.
The extension of Reo Drive
requires the acquisition

from Sweetwater Road to State Route 54
of the rear portion (approximately
18,084 sq. ft) of the property at 3354 Valley Road, A.P.N. 564-
290-63. Staff has negotiated a price of $83,400.00 for the land
and the existing improvements. The total estimated closing cost
is $84,899.40.

OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY
ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF A PORTION, OF THE
REAL PROPERTY AT 3354 VALLEY ROAD
FROM JUAN E. LOPEZ AND LETICIA LOPEZ
FOR THE EXTENSION OF REO DRIVE

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City as
follows:
Pursuant to Resolution No. 7083, the City Clerk is hereby ordered to
execute a Certificate of Acceptance and to submit the following instrument conveying an
interest in real estate to the City of National City to the Engineering Department for
recordation by the title company:
GRANT DEED dated August 13, 1992 from JUAN E. LOPEZ and
LETICIA LOPEZ, husband and wife as joint tenants.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 15th day of September, 1992.
