In 1919, the City acquired a ten foot wide easement along the easterly portion of Lot 12 Block 13, per Map No. 348. This easement is generally located on the easterly portion of the alley which is perpendicular to Civic Center Drive between National City Boulevard and Roosevelt Avenue. The easement was initially needed to provide sewage service for the City block. Since all of the structures on this block are being demolished for the future police facility, the sewerline is being vacated and there is no longer any need for the easement. } X Environmental Review N / A Finanuilau1Statement roperty owner.
