This is an offer to the City for the dedication of the easterly 3 feet of the property at 701 National City Boulevard for the widening of the frontage alleyway from 16 ft. to 19 ft. This is the site of the Radisson Hotel Parking Structure, and the dedication of the property for alley widening was one of the conditions of the approval of the foundation permit for the structure. The alley currently is 19 ft. wide. The area of the dedicated parcel is approximately 750 square feet.
