This work was needed as part of this year's curbs, gutters, and sidewalks improvements program in conjuction with concrete installation along the west side of "D" Avenue from 30th to 31st Streets. The areas of the dedicated parcels are described in the attached Exhibit "A". STREETS AND "D" AVENUE (A.P.N. 562-253-06 AND 562-253-08) BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City that pursuant to Resolution No. 7083, the City Clerk is hereby ordered to execute a Certificate of Acceptance and to record the following instrument conveying an interest in real estate to the City of National City: GRANT DEED dated July 7, 1995 from John & Lois W. Tenwolde. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED as follows: 1. That the real property described in the attached Exhibit "A" was conveyed to the CITY OF NATIONAL CITY for street purposes. 2. That the CITY OF NATIONAL CITY desires that said property be dedicated for public street purposes. 3.
