The street improvements on Shelby Drive will be constructed by the County of San Diego at no cost to the City. The area of the dedicated parcel is described on the attached easement document. This resolution will also rename the dedicated parcel of land as Shelby Drive. MORRISON TRUST, DIRECTING THE RECORDATION OF AN EASEMENT FOR STREET PURPOSES AND DEDICATING AND NAMING A PARCEL OF LAND ON SHELBY DRIVE (A.P.N. 563-184-40) BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City that pursuant to Resolution No. 7083, the City Clerk is hereby ordered to execute a Certificate of Acceptance and to record the following instrument conveying an interest in real estate to the City of National City: EASEMENT FOR STREET PURPOSES dated December 7, 1995 from NORMA J. MORRISON, Trustee of Norma J. Morrison Trust of April 27, 1993. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED as follows: 1. That the real property described in the attached Exhibit "A" was conveyed to the CITY OF NATIONAL CITY for street purposes. 2. That the CITY OF NATIONAL CITY desires that said property be dedicated for public street purposes. 3. That the described parcel of land in Exhibit "A" shall henceforth be known as a portion of Shelby Drive.
