Mr. and Mrs. Ball, the owners of Ball Oldsmobile at 1935 National City Boulevard, have offered to the City the following three Grant Deeds (see attachments 4 and 5 for the location and scope of improvements) : 1. A Grant Deed for street purposes for the installation of sidewalk and pedestrian ramps on the northside of 20th Street between National City Boulevard and the alley to the east (Attachment 1). 2. A Grant Deed for the installation of public utilities behind the sidewalk (Attachment 2). 3. A Grant Deed for a construction easement (Attachment 3). The installation of the proposed sidewalk and pedestrian ramps will be included in the City's 96-97 Miscellaneous Concrete Improvements Project. It is recommended that the grand deeds be accepted and recorded.
